All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or changes may not be accommodated.

Cakes and desserts may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.

Floral elements are for decorative purposes only. They are not edible.

Once the order has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage due to improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the product after pickup, including proper storage (refrigeration when necessary) and safe transport.

Missed Pickup Policy

Please plan to arrive within your selected pickup window. If you miss your pickup time, you are welcome to attend a later pickup window the same day, if available.

If no other pickup windows are available and a meetup or delivery is required, a $30 missed pickup fee will apply and must be paid prior to receiving your order. This option is subject to availability on the afternoon of May 9th.

If delivery is required on May 10th, a $40 delivery fee will apply.
